Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email us at zorol7991@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide instructions on where to send your item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us immediately at zorol7991@gmail.com with a photo, and we will make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as final-sale or personal-care products, may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons. This will be noted on the product page.
